"S52 PRO WML"

"Advanced mil-dot illuminated reticle with centre dot."
The S52 PRO WML night vision scope represents the very latest development of 1st generation night vision technology. Many American vendors of night vision call this Gen1+. We have improved on the design of our highly acclaimed S50 WML scope by improving the image intensifier tube, optics, illuminator and changing the design of the mounting system. We have also made the scope more compact and lightweight. This scope is manufactured in limited quantities to the highest standards and each scope undergoes full electrical and mechanical bench testing before leaving the factory. The main design features of the scope are:
-
Large adjustable focus 52mm dia, fast 80F1.55 multi coated objective lens to gather maximum light and provide maximum depth of field.
-
Highest quality and resolution image intensifier tube with 1,000 times light amplification.
-
All aluminium lightweight high strength casing.
-
Illuminated red on green mil-dot reticle with variable brightness.
-
Built in powerful 30mW actual light output LED infra red illuminator.
-
LED operation indicators for 'power' and 'ir'.
-
Electrostatic protection of the image intensifier tube.
-
Silent power supply.
-
Water resistant.
This specification equates to a high performance night vision scope backed by a full 12 month UK warranty.

The range capabilities of the scope under the worst conditions (no moon or starlight, less than 0.05 Lux) are as follows:
Rabbit detection range 175m (reflection of IR illumination against rabbit's eye)
Rabbit recognition range 50m (able to define outline of rabbit's shape)
Rabbit detailed recognition range 40m (able to define features to enable accurate shot placement)
Under higher light levels (1/4 moon or starlight) the above ranges are considerably increased. Alternatively a higher powered infra red light source can be used to increase range.
