The SM-3S2DN series of scopes, formerly marketed as the HTH-752 have now been redesigned. The scope is unique in the civillian market as it offers full 24 hour capability with the best of both worlds. With the operation switch in the 'D' position the scope is a high quality traditional day scope and in the 'N' position it is a high quality night scope. Unlike other systems there is no add on device to attach to a day scope or ocular assemblies to swap over. When it gets dark, just turn the switch. There is absolutely no loss of zero so the scope can be very precisely and easily zeroed during the day. The powerful 100mw illuminator is detachable to reduce size and weight for daytime use.

The 6x magnification is ideal for centre fire rifles for serious predator control at long ranges. Typical ranges at night on foxes for the SG are 250 yards and 300 yards for the HG.

The scope is available with either a SG or HG image intensifier tubes as standard.

Do not confuse this scope with others that use cheaper USA Gen2+ tubes. Even the SG version of this scope has four times the performance of USA Gen2+ and is equivalent to older Gen3! The HG version is comparable if not better than newer Gen3!
